Does Pinkpixels replace our management software?
Not in the pilot. We read an export file of your properties and units and your mailbox, but write nothing back. The demo shows tenants and leases as the direction we are heading; rent and statements are in preparation. Whether you move over later is your decision, in your own time.
Can I already book rent or settle service charges with it?
Not yet. Rent, reminders and service-charge statements are in preparation and not yet part of the demo. Statements with legal effect you keep creating in your management software until we have checked this part together with pilot partners.
Where is AI actually worthwhile in our company?
Wherever tasks repeat: handling inquiries, extracting information from documents or searching for information. Together we choose a specific process and define how an improvement can be measured.
Do we have to replace our existing software?
We first check how your existing applications can be connected. We clarify interfaces and access rights before implementation.
How do we stay in control of data and results?
We define which data may be used and who gets access. Results are checked; important steps can require human approval. We agree on providers and hosting with you.
What does a project cost and how long does it take?
That depends on the process and your existing systems. Before the project starts, you receive a proposal with a clear scope and effort. We recommend a manageable first use case.
What happens after the rollout?
You receive a documented solution and an introduction for your team. Ongoing support and further development are agreed as needed.
